The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle power systems, in particular to a vehicle starting method, a starting system and a vehicle. The vehicle starting method comprises the following steps that whether a vehicle enters a starting state or not is judged; when the vehicle enters the starting state, the braking state of the vehicle is obtained; when the braking state is a first braking state, a power unit of the vehicle outputs target torque in a delayed mode; after the vehicle releases the first braking state, the delay time is gradually shortened to zero; and after the delayed time is zero, the power unit outputs the target torque according to original setting. When the vehicle is started, the rushing phenomenon does not occur, the comfort of the vehicle is better, and the use satisfaction degree of a user to the vehicle can be improved.

    本发明涉及车辆动力系统技术领域,具体涉及一种车辆起步方法、起步系统及车辆。车辆起步方法包括如下步骤,判断车辆是否进入起步状态;车辆进入起步状态时,获取所述车辆处于的制动状态;当所述制动状态为第一制动状态时,所述车辆的动力单元为延迟输出目标扭矩;所述车辆解除所述第一制动状态后,所述延迟的时间逐渐缩短至零;所述延迟的时间为零后,所述动力单元按照原始设置输出所述目标扭矩。车辆起步时不发生闯动现象,车辆的舒适性更好,能够提高用户对于车辆的使用满意度。
