The invention provides a braking cruise control method, device and equipment for a heavy traction vehicle and a medium. The method comprises the steps that under the condition that a braking cruise mode is activated, when a vehicle goes downhill, the deviation between the current vehicle speed and the target vehicle speed of the vehicle is obtained; if the deviation is larger than a preset value, an engine auxiliary brake is started, and target braking power is obtained according to the current vehicle speed and the target vehicle speed; according to the current operation information of the engine, the braking power capable of being provided by the auxiliary brake of the engine is estimated; and if the available braking power is smaller than the target braking power, the instrument program gives an alarm to remind a driver to manually adjust the vehicle gear, so that the vehicle gear is lowered, the rotating speed of the engine is increased, and the available braking power of the auxiliary brake of the engine is increased. According to the method, enough braking power can be provided for the vehicle only in a manual downshift mode, the system is simple in mechanism, easy to operate and low in use cost, and it can be guaranteed that the vehicle safely goes downhill.

    本申请提供一种重型牵引车辆的制动巡航控制方法、装置、设备和介质。该方法包括:在制动巡航模式激活条件下,当车辆下坡时,获取车辆当前车速和目标车速的偏差;若所述偏差大于预设值,则开启发动机辅助制动器,并根据所述当前车速和所述目标车速,获取目标制动功率;根据当前发动机的运行信息,预估所述发动机辅助制动器的可提供制动功率;若所述可提供动功率小于所述目标制动功率,则仪表程序报警提醒驾驶员手动调整车辆档位,以降低车辆档位,提高发动机转速,使得所述发动机辅助制动器的可提供制动功率增大。本申请的方法可以仅通过手动降档的方式给车辆提供足够的制动功率,且系统机构简单、操作容易、使用成本低,并能保证车辆安全下坡。
