The invention discloses an integrated automobile brake system and wear benefit early warning module which comprises a brake pedal and a brake master cylinder and further comprises a simulation stroke hydraulic cylinder, the simulation stroke hydraulic cylinder is connected with the brake master cylinder in parallel, and the simulation stroke hydraulic cylinder is connected with a hydraulic sensor used for detecting the hydraulic pressure of the simulation stroke hydraulic cylinder; the brake master cylinder is connected to the calipers through a main liquid path, and a hydraulic sensor is also connected to the main liquid path and used for detecting the hydraulic pressure on the main liquid path; the auxiliary braking module comprises a power-assisted main cylinder and a motor driving system; the power-assisted main cylinder is connected to the calipers through a bypass liquid path of the bypass control module; and the control module executes the following method: inputting the hydraulic pressure of the simulation stroke hydraulic cylinder and the hydraulic pressure on the main liquid path, calculating the difference between the hydraulic pressure and the hydraulic pressure, and controlling the motor driving system to drive the power-assisted main cylinder for compensation. According to the integrated automobile braking system, the auxiliary braking module is additionally arranged, and the motor driving system drives the power-assisted main cylinder to automatically achieve transmission of hydraulic pressure.

    本发明公开了一种集成式汽车制动系统,磨损效益预警模块,包括传制动踏板以及制动主缸,还包括模拟行程液缸,模拟行程液缸与制动主缸并联,模拟行程液缸连接有液压传感器用于检测模拟行程液缸的液压;制动主缸经主液路连接至卡钳,主液路上也连接有液压传感器,用于检测主液路上的液压;辅助制动模块,包括助力主缸以及电机驱动系统;助力主缸经旁通控制模块的旁通液路连接至卡钳;还包括控制模块,控制模块执行如下方法:输入模拟行程液缸的液压,与主液路上的液压,计算两者差值,控制电机驱动系统驱动助力主缸进行补偿。本发明旨在设计一款集成的汽车制动系统,增设辅助制动模块,通过电机驱动系统驱动助力主缸自动实现液压力的传递。
