The invention discloses a brake air supply cooling noise reduction system which comprises an air compressor, a first steel pipe, a first hose, an engine cooling shroud, an automatic water drain valve, a second hose, a second steel pipe, a resonator, a third hose and an air dryer, the engine cooling shroud is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet, and the automatic water drain valve is installed at the bottom of the engine cooling shroud; an air outlet of the air compressor is connected with the first steel pipe, the other end of the first steel pipe is connected with an air inlet of the engine cooling shroud through the first hose, an air outlet of the engine cooling shroud is connected with the second steel pipe through the second hose, the other end of the second steel pipe is connected with an air inlet of the resonator, and an air outlet of the resonator is connected with the air dryer. The length of a cooling steel pipe is greatly shortened, the arrangement difficulty of a vehicle chassis and the pipe bundle abrasion and collision risk are reduced, the cooling effect on compressed air is guaranteed, the pipeline water accumulation and freezing risk in the low-temperature environment is effectively reduced, and the vehicle NVH performance and the driving and riding comfort are improved.

    本发明公开了一种制动供气冷却降噪系统,包括空气压缩机、钢管一、软管一、发动机冷却护风圈、自动放水阀、软管二、钢管二、谐振器、软管三和空气干燥器,发动机冷却护风圈设置有进气口和出气口,底部安装自动放水阀;空气压缩机出气口与钢管一连接,钢管一的另一端通过软管一与发动机冷却护风圈进气口相连,发动机冷却护风圈出气口通过软管二与钢管二连接,钢管二另一端与谐振器进气口相连,谐振器出气口与空气干燥器相连。本发明大大缩短冷却钢管长度,降低车辆底盘布置难度及管束磨碰风险,保证对压缩空气的冷却效果,有效降低低温环境下管路积水结冰风险,提高车辆NVH性能和驾乘舒适性。
