The invention relates to the technical field of new energy automobiles, in particular to a redundancy control device, system and method for electronic parking braking and a medium, and the redundancy control device comprises a first driving assembly which is used for driving electronic calipers of a vehicle to clamp or release a brake disc; the second driving assembly is used for connecting or disconnecting a parking braking system of the vehicle and the electronic calipers; the vehicle control unit is used for controlling the second driving assembly to disconnect the parking braking system and the electronic calipers when it is recognized that the parking braking system is in the preset abnormal state, controlling the first driving assembly to drive the electronic calipers to clamp the brake disc when the vehicle meets the preset parking braking condition, and controlling the second driving assembly to drive the electronic calipers to clamp the brake disc when the vehicle is started. And controlling the first driving assembly to drive the electronic calipers to release the brake disc. Therefore, the problems that in the prior art, a non-redundant electronic parking system is matched with a P-gear mechanical structure, so that cost is high, operation is complex, and the driving safety of the vehicle cannot be guaranteed once the non-redundant electronic parking system breaks down are solved.
