The invention discloses an electro-hydraulic brake-by-wire system matched with an ESC. The electro-hydraulic brake-by-wire system comprises a pedal, a manpower cylinder unit, a pedal simulation unit, an electric cylinder unit, an oil can, a brake wheel cylinder and an anti-lock braking system or an automobile electronic stability control system. And the brake wheel cylinder is connected with an anti-lock brake system or an automobile electronic stability control system. The system can realize the functions of conventional braking, active braking, manual backup braking, system detection and the like, and improves the running safety of the vehicle. Compared with an existing three-cavity design, the oil can cavity structure is simplified into a two-cavity design, and the system can be simpler while the function is met. The cavity structure of the electric cylinder is optimized, and compared with the two-cavity design in the prior art, the single-cavity electric cylinder structure is adopted, so that the system is simpler, and the cost is saved. An independent loop and a one-way valve are designed to be connected with the ESC and the oil can, when the ESC works independently, brake fluid can be directly obtained from the oil can, rapid pressure build-up braking is conducted, and the ESC can be better adapted to the ESC.

    本发明公开了一种适配ESC的电液线控制动系统,包括踏板、人力缸单元、踏板模拟单元、电动缸单元、油壶、制动轮缸和防抱死制动系统或汽车电子稳定控制系统;制动轮缸和防抱死制动系统或汽车电子稳定控制系统连接。本发明能够实现常规制动、主动制动、人力备份制动、系统检测等功能,提高车辆行驶安全性。简化了油壶腔体结构,相比于现有的三腔体设计,简化为两腔体,在满足功能的同时,能够使得系统更加简单。优化了电动缸的腔体结构,相比于现有技术的两腔体设计,本发明采用单腔体电动缸的结构,使得系统更加简单,节约成本。设计单独回路及单向阀连接ESC与油壶,当ESC单独工作时能够直接从油壶中获取制动液,进行快速建压制动,更好的适配于ESC。
