The invention relates to the field of material manufacturing, in particular to a compartment plate, a manufacturing process thereof and a refrigerator car. The process comprises the following steps: prefabricating a compartment plate mold according to a three-dimensional model of a device; after the compartment plate mold is coated with a release agent, a gel coat is sprayed; laying a glass fiber fabric on the gel coat; spraying unsaturated polyester resin and chopped roving on the glass fiber fabric; the compartment plate mold is closed; a foaming material is injected into a cavity of the compartment plate mold after mold closing; and opening the mold after the foaming material is cured to obtain the compartment plate. According to the manufacturing process, when the mold is selected, the mold is manufactured and used according to the vehicle body structure, meanwhile, the foaming material is filled after the mold is closed, and therefore the manufactured compartment plate is the special-shaped compartment plate of the non-planar structure, is closer to the line of the vehicle body and can be fully attached to the vehicle body. Meanwhile, when different compartment plates are spliced and assembled, splicing gaps are small, the assembling difficulty is lowered, excessive gaps are not prone to being generated, the heat preservation performance of the compartment is improved, and the requirement for high-quality transportation is further met.

    本申请涉及材料制造领域,具体涉及一种厢板及其制造工艺、冷藏车。此工艺包括根据装置的三维模型,预制厢板模具;在厢板模具中涂覆脱模剂后,喷涂胶衣;在胶衣上铺覆玻璃纤维织物;在玻璃纤维织物上喷射不饱和聚酯树脂和短切粗纱;将厢板模具合模;向合模后的厢板模具的型腔内注射发泡料;待发泡料熟化后开模,得到厢板。这种制造工艺在模具的选用时,即参照车体结构进行模具的制造以及使用,同时于闭模后填充入发泡料,如此使得制成的厢板为非平面结构的异形厢板,更加接近车体线条,能够与车身充分贴合。同时不同厢板在拼接组装时,拼接缝隙较小,组装难度下降,且不易产生过多缝隙,提高车厢的保温性能,进一步满足高质量运输的要求。
