The invention provides an assembling and welding process and an assembling and welding structure for an aluminum magnesium alloy tail shaft sleeve. The assembling and welding process comprises the following steps that S1, the tail shaft sleeve, an outer plate, a rib frame, a transverse reinforcing structure and a longitudinal reinforcing structure are pre-positioned in a positioned welding mode; s2, the side, without positioned welding, of the stern shaft sleeve and the side, without positioned welding, of the outer plate are welded, positioned welding of the other side of the stern shaft sleeve and the other side of the outer plate is removed, and then the other side is welded; s3, the side, without positioned welding, of the tail shaft sleeve and the rib frame and the transverse reinforcing structure is welded, positioned welding of the other side, without positioned welding, of the tail shaft sleeve and the rib frame and the transverse reinforcing structure is removed, and then the other side is welded; and S4, the side, without positioned welding, of the tail shaft sleeve and the longitudinal reinforcing structure is welded, positioned welding of the other side of the tail shaft sleeve and the other side of the longitudinal reinforcing structure is removed, and then the other side is welded. The welding deformation of the tail shaft sleeve can be effectively controlled within a standard range.

    本发明提供了一种铝镁合金艉轴套管装焊工艺及装焊结构,包括以下步骤:S1:采用定位焊的方式将所述艉轴套管与所述外板、所述肋框及横向加强结构、以及所述纵向加强结构预定位;S2:焊接所述艉轴套管与所述外板没有定位焊的一面,然后将所述艉轴套管与所述外板另一面的定位焊去除,再焊接该另一面;S3:焊接所述艉轴套管与所述肋框及横向加强结构没有定位焊的一面,然后将所述艉轴套管与所述肋框及横向加强结构另一面的定位焊去除,再焊接该另一面;S4:焊接所述艉轴套管与所述纵向加强结构没有定位焊的一面,然后将所述艉轴套管与所述纵向加强结构另一面的定位焊去除,再焊接该另一面。本发明可将艉轴套管的焊接变形有效的控制在标准范围内。
