The invention discloses a shuttle tanker electric power system and a design method thereof, and relates to the technical field of ship power transmission and distribution systems, and the shuttle tanker electric power system comprises a power supply device which is composed of six alternating current 6.6 KV main generator sets and an alternating current 440V emergency generator set; the advantages and characteristics of safety, stability, high automation degree, convenience in operation, low maintenance cost and convenience in construction and installation of a huge power station system of the shuttle tanker are truly realized, and when a ship is in a dynamic positioning state, a three-section interconnection switch of an alternating-current 6.6 KV main distribution board bus is automatically turned on; the three groups of generators A, B and C respectively supply power to the corresponding groups of equipment according to logic setting, the normally working group is not influenced when any group of equipment in the three groups of generators A, B and C is abnormal or even fails, and when the shuttle tanker operates in a normal mode, the three sections of interconnection switches of the bus of the alternating-current 6.6 KV main distribution board are in a closed state, and when the shuttle tanker operates in a normal mode, the three sections of interconnection switches of the bus of the alternating-current 6.6 KV main distribution board are closed. The power system of the whole ship is powered by only one generator, so that the power demand of the whole ship can be met, the fuel oil under the normal power supply condition is greatly saved, and the energy consumption is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种穿梭油轮电力系统及其设计方法,本发明涉及船舶输配电系统技术领域,包括电源装置由六台交流6.6KV主发电机组和一台交流440V应急发电机组成;真正实现了穿梭油轮庞大电站系统组成的安全稳定、自动化程度高、操作方便、维护成本低且便于施工安装的优势和特质,当船舶处于动力定位状态时,交流6.6KV主配电板母线的三段联络开关自动打开,A、B、C三组发电机根据逻辑设置分别供电给各自对应组别的设备,A、B、C三组发电机中任何一组设备出现异常甚至故障完全不会影响到正常工作的组别,当穿梭油轮在正常模式下运行时,交流6.6KV主配电板母线的三段联络开关处于闭合状态,全船电力系统仅由一台发电机供电即可满足全船用电需求,大大节省了正常供电情况下能燃油,降低能耗。
