The invention discloses an eddy current brake electromagnet, a magnetic pole thereof and a magnetic pole preparation method. The method comprises the following steps: spraying the side surface of an iron core to form an insulating heat-conducting coating; winding the iron core to form a coil; coating the outer side surface of the coil to form an insulating heat-conducting filler layer; the thickness of the insulating heat-conducting filler layer is greater than the width of a gap between the outer side surface of the coil and a to-be-mounted coil shell; the coil is sleeved with the coil shell, and the insulating heat-conducting filler overflowing after the insulating heat-conducting filler layer is pressed is removed. The insulation between the iron core and the coil is guaranteed, and meanwhile the heat conductivity of the insulation heat conduction coating is improved; in addition, an air gap can be prevented from being generated between the coil and the coil shell, so that the contact thermal resistance between the coil shell and the coil is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种涡流制动电磁铁及其磁极和磁极制备方法,方法包括以下步骤:在铁芯的侧面喷涂形成绝缘导热涂层;在所述铁芯上绕线制成线圈;在所述线圈的外侧面涂覆形成绝缘导热填料层;所述绝缘导热填料层的厚度大于所述线圈的外侧面与待安装的线圈外壳之间的间隙的宽度;将所述线圈外壳套设在所述线圈上,并将所述绝缘导热填料层受压后溢出的绝缘导热填料去除。本发明在保证铁芯与线圈之间绝缘性的同时提高了绝缘导热涂层的导热性;此外,还能避免线圈和线圈外壳之间产生空气间隙,从而降低了线圈外壳和线圈之间的接触热阻。
