The invention discloses a demand response type bus information interaction method and system. The method comprises the steps that a passenger submits first travel information in an APP, generates a travel code and scans the travel code at a station, or submits second travel information in a station information interaction device; the background information processing device selects a target bus according to the travel information and the bus running state; the vehicle-mounted information interaction device on the bus is provided with station keys, the keys of the subsequent stop stations are activated every time the bus stops at one station, and a passenger presses down the key corresponding to the target station after getting on the bus; the background information processing device collects passenger travel preference information and bus operation information and stores the information in a data warehouse; according to the invention, two modes of APP and station reservation are combined, demands of different passengers are considered, reservation and riding operations are simple, and low-cost realization is facilitated; and station addition, route calculation and navigation are carried out in the vehicle-mounted information interaction device, so that the load of the server is saved, and large-scale demand response type bus service can be realized conveniently.

    本发明公开了一种需求响应式公交信息交互方法及系统,所述方法包括乘客在APP中提交第一出行信息,生成出行码并在站台扫描出行码,或在站台信息交互装置中提交第二出行信息;后台信息处理装置根据出行信息及公交运行状态选择目标公交车;公交车上的车载信息交互装置设有站点的按键,每停靠一个站点,激活后续停靠站点的按键,乘客上车后按下目的站点对应的按键;后台信息处理装置收集乘客出行偏好信息和公交车运行信息保存至数据仓库;本发明结合了APP和站台预约两种方式,兼顾不同乘客的需求,且预约及乘车操作简单,便于低成本实现;将站点添加、线路计算和导航放在车载信息交互装置中,节省了服务器负载,便于实现大规模需求响应式公交服务。
