    本发明涉及轮胎制造新材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种具有高湿抓性能轮胎胎面胶、制备方法、应用和高湿抓性能轮胎。本发明通过生胶体系增加结合苯乙烯含量为30%~43%的苯乙烯丁二烯共聚物,提高玻璃化转变温度大幅度的增高损耗峰提升抗湿滑性能;其次,通过添加抗湿滑树脂,促使聚苯乙烯丁二烯共聚物与天然橡胶的相容,同时促使损耗峰值增高提升抗湿滑性能;第三,通过硫化温度、硫化体系,通过控制微观结构如:交联密度、键型、键型分布来提升抗湿滑特性,发明人通过轮胎实际使用验证发现,橡胶总交联密度为10.5×10‑5mol/cm3~16.5×10‑5mol/cm3,单硫键占比5%~15%,双硫键占比5%~15%,多硫键占比65%~85%,轮胎胎面胶具有非常好抗湿抓性能。
