The width of each containing ring groove is equal to or slightly larger than the diameter of the cable, the cable is wound on the cable winding shaft, and a cable layer-by-layer stacked structure is formed on the longitudinal section of each containing ring groove. Therefore, after the cable is wound around the cable winding shaft, a structure that the cable is stacked layer by layer is formed on the longitudinal section of the containing ring groove, the situation that the later-wound cable is tied into the gap of the first-wound cable is avoided, regular arrangement of the cable is achieved, and the problems of cable arrangement disorder, cable bulging and the like are avoided.
