The invention relates to a method for remotely controlling and adjusting the hoisting posture of a steel box girder. The method comprises the specific steps that the initial balance weight and the arrangement position of an adjustable balance weight assembly are calculated; the position of the adjustable counterweight assembly is placed on a beam top plate of the steel box beam, and then the adjustable counterweight assembly is transferred to a designated position; a wireless electromagnetic valve with a built-in low-power-consumption WiFi communication module is connected to the adjustable counterweight assembly, and counterweight components are injected into the adjustable counterweight assembly to reach the theoretically calculated initial counterweight weight; when the steel box girder is horizontally hoisted, the counterweight component is discharged through remote control of a switch, the aerial posture of the steel box girder is adjusted to meet the design requirement, and it is guaranteed that large and small mileage pier tops are installed to synchronously fall. According to the lifting device, stable lifting can be guaranteed, relative sliding is avoided, a ship body is prevented from being damaged, meanwhile, the posture of the steel box girder is dynamically adjusted in the aerial lifting operation process with large difficulty and high precision, and the corresponding gradient requirement in the mounting and falling process is well met.

    本发明是一种远程控制调整钢箱梁吊装姿态的方法,具体步骤为:计算可调节式配重组件的初始配重重量及布设位置;将可调节式配重组件的位置在钢箱梁梁顶板上进行放点,随后将可调节式配重组件倒运到指定位置;将内置有低功耗WiFi通讯模块的无线电磁阀阀门连接在可调节式配重组件上,可调节式配重组件内注入配重组分至理论计算的初始配重重量;钢箱梁水平起吊时,通过开关远程控制排出配重组分,调整钢箱梁空中姿态至设计要求,保证安装大小里程墩顶同步落位。本发明能够保证起吊平稳,不发生相对滑动,以免损伤船身,同时实现在难度较大、精度较高的空中吊装作业过程中动态调整钢箱梁姿态,很好的适应了安装落位过程中的相应坡度需求。
