The invention provides a large glass sheet transfer device which comprises a transfer hanging box, two adjusting plates are arranged in the transfer hanging box, rack plates are arranged on the opposite faces of the two adjusting plates, a meshing gear is arranged between the two rack plates, an adjusting shaft is fixedly arranged in the middle of the meshing gear, and a driven belt pulley is fixedly arranged at the other end of the adjusting shaft. A first motor is fixedly arranged on the trapezoidal connecting block, a driving belt pulley is fixedly arranged at the power output end of the first motor, and the driving belt pulley is in transmission connection with the driven belt pulley through a driving belt; the front face and the back face of the transfer hanging box are each provided with a pair of rectangular sliding holes, a rectangular sliding block is arranged in each rectangular sliding hole, a U-shaped plate is fixedly arranged between every two adjacent rectangular sliding blocks, two pairs of fixing blocks are fixedly arranged on the bottom face of each U-shaped plate, and a winding adjusting mechanism is arranged between every two adjacent pairs of fixing blocks. The device can be flexibly adjusted according to glass sheets of different specifications, the practicability is high, and the glass sheets can be conveniently transferred in the later period.

    本发明提供了一种大型玻璃料片转移装置,包括转移吊箱,转移吊箱内设有两个调节板,两个调节板相对面皆设有齿条板,两个齿条板之间设有啮合齿轮,啮合齿轮中部固设有调节轴,调节轴另一端固设有从动皮带轮,梯形连块上固设有第一电机,第一电机动力输出端上固设有主动皮带轮,主动皮带轮与从动皮带轮通过驱动皮带传动连接;转移吊箱正面与背面皆开设有一对矩形滑孔,每个矩形滑孔内皆设有矩形滑块,相邻两个矩形滑块之间皆固设有U形板,每个U形板底面皆固设有两对固定块,相邻两对固定块之间皆设有收卷调节机构。本发明不仅便于根据不同规格玻璃料片对其进行灵活调节,而且实用性高,利于后期对玻璃料片进行转移。
