本发明提供了一种无人机滑动折叠式机臂连接结构,通过将折叠件设置为在套筒段下方设置滑轨结构,在套筒段尾端设置延伸壳形成延伸腔室;将固定件设置为在固定件本体首端设置插入端,在固定件上分别设置延伸转轴段和延伸卡扣段形成转轴和卡扣。安装时仅需将固定件倒置,其上的转轴经滑轨结构首端的插入开口进入滑轨结构并移动至其尾端,再将固定件转动至正置,插入段和/或固定件本体即位于延伸腔室内,安装完成,安装零件少,安装方式简单。固定状态下,插入段插入于套筒的内腔内,且延伸卡扣段上的卡扣锁定于延伸壳上的卡扣槽内,连接稳定,相互包裹的套筒段和插入段可以大大增加轴向及径向强度,大大改善马达高频转动导致的机臂明显摆动。
