In the thickness direction of the active deformation skin structure, an elastic supporting layer, a heat-conducting insulating base body and an elastic rectifying layer are sequentially stacked from bottom to top to form an active deformation skin main body; the front end of the active deformation skin main body is a fixed end, and the rear end is a distributed driving end; a plurality of shape memory alloy wires which are arranged in parallel are embedded in the heat-conducting insulating substrate, the front end of each shape memory alloy wire is fixed on the fixed end, the rear end of each shape memory alloy wire is fixed on the distributed driving end, and the shape memory alloy wires are mutually isolated and insulated. According to the active deformation skin structure, the cold area efficiency of the shape memory alloy is improved through convection heat dissipation of the skin and air, active large deformation of the skin is achieved, meanwhile, the bearing rigidity of the skin is improved, integration of a flexible skin material, the structure and driving is achieved, and the active deformation skin structure can be popularized and applied to specific parts of variant aircrafts such as deformation wings, deformation control surfaces and deformation air inlet channels.
本发明属于智能变形蒙皮领域,公开了一种分布式形状记忆合金驱动的主动变形蒙皮结构。主动变形蒙皮结构在厚度方向上,从下至上依次叠加弹性支撑层、导热绝缘基体和弹性整流层构成主动变形蒙皮主体;主动变形蒙皮主体的前端为固定端,后端为分布式驱动端;导热绝缘基体内嵌入平行排列的若干根形状记忆合金丝,各形状记忆合金丝的前端固定在固定端上,后端固定在分布式驱动端上,各形状记忆合金丝之间相互隔离而且绝缘。主动变形蒙皮结构利用蒙皮与空气对流散热提升形状记忆合金冷区效率,实现蒙皮主动大变形,同时改善蒙皮承载刚度,实现柔性蒙皮材料、结构和驱动一体化,能够推广应用于变形机翼、变形舵面、变形进气道等变体飞行器的特定部件。
