The invention relates to a test prototype suitable for a microbubble resistance reduction technology. The test prototype comprises a power control system, a gas circulation system, a data acquisition system and a prototype control system which are arranged at the bottom of the test prototype, the power operation system comprises a propeller, a propeller motor, a rudder and a steering engine, the propeller is arranged on the outer side of the tail of the test prototype, and the propeller motor is arranged on the inner side of the tail of the test prototype; the steering engine and the industrial control computer are electrically connected with the motor driver, and the industrial control computer is connected with the gas flowmeter, the data acquisition module, the shipborne GPS positioning attitude module, the motor driver and the wireless communication module. When a model machine sails in different sailing states, the ship bottom air flow and the air layer state can be controlled in real time, the drag reduction rate and the energy saving rate in all the sailing states are researched, the optimal jet air flow in all the sailing states is obtained, and the development purposes of energy conservation and carbon reduction are achieved.
本发明涉及一种适用于微气泡减阻技术的试验样机,包括设置在试验样机底部的动力操纵系统、气体流通系统、数据采集系统和样机控制系统;所述动力操作系统包括螺旋桨、螺旋桨电机、船舵和舵机,所述螺旋桨设置在试验样机的尾部外侧,所述螺旋桨电机设置在试验样机的尾部内侧;所述舵机、工业控制计算机均与电机驱动器电连接,所述工业控制计算机分别与气体流量计、数据采集模块、船载GPS定位姿态模块、电机驱动器、无线通信模块相连。本发明能实现样机在不同航态下航行时,实时对船底气流量大小及气层状态进行控制,对各航态下的减阻率与节能率进行研究,得到各航态下最佳的喷出气流量大小,实现节能降碳的开发目的。
