    本发明公开了一种具有光伏自调节的浮标装置,具体涉及浮标技术领域,包括中空浮标体、固定管和气象传感器,所述中空浮标体顶端固定设有两个对称的固定支撑板,所述固定支撑板顶部设有活动框。本发明通过第二电动推杆来调节第一太阳能板和第二太阳能板的角度,这样可以随着一天的时间来对第一太阳能板和第二太阳能板的角度做出不同的调节,使得第一太阳能板和第二太阳能板可以较好的直面阳光的照射,进而可以提高太阳能的电能转化效率,而通过第一电动推杆带动第二太阳能板移动,可以将冲击到第一太阳能板和第二太阳能板上的海水引流到活动框外侧斜面,进而减小海水对浮标的冲击力,避免了浮标被海水冲翻的情况出现。
