The system comprises an equipment data acquisition module, an image data acquisition module, a passenger feedback data acquisition module and a terminal server, according to the subway intelligent operation and maintenance system, the passenger feedback information acquisition module is additionally arranged, so that real-time feedback of passengers on a vehicle can be acquired to accurately know the existence of specific hardware facilities on the vehicle, personal safety among passengers in a compartment, the environment in the compartment and other problems; the data is processed and analyzed and then is quickly fed back to a worker on the vehicle, so that the worker can know the problems of emergencies, hardware damage events, influence on the riding environment and the like on the vehicle and the specific position at the first time, and the worker can make preparations at the first time and rush to the specific position for processing; therefore, the riding safety and comfort of the vehicle and the operation and maintenance efficiency of the vehicle are greatly improved, the addition of specific information acquisition equipment on the vehicle is reduced, and the cost of a vehicle operation and maintenance system is greatly reduced.

    本发明涉及一种地铁智能运营维护系统。该系统包括设备数据采集模块、图像数据采集模块、乘客反馈数据获取模块、终端服务器;该地铁智能运营维护系统,增设了乘客反馈信息采集模块,可以获取车辆上乘客的实时反馈来准确的获知车辆上具体硬件设施、车厢内乘客之间的人身安全、车厢内环境等问题的存在,并对数据进行处理分析后迅速反馈给车辆上的工作人员,可使其第一时间获知车辆上发生的突发事件、硬件破损事件以及乘坐环境受影响等的问题以及具体位置,便于工作人员第一时间做好准备并赶往具体位置进行处理,大大增高车辆的乘坐安全性、舒适性、车辆运营维护的效率,并降低了车辆上具体信息采集设备的添加,大大降低了车辆运营维护系统的成本。
