本发明提供一种轨道列车减阻板及轨道列车,轨道列车包括转向架,转向架设于轨道列车的底部,轨道列车减阻板上设有多个通孔,轨道列车减阻板用于垂直设置在轨道列车的底部,分别位于转向架的前端和后端,且轨道列车减阻板的长度方向与轨道列车的宽度方向一致,用于降低气流流速。本发明通过将轨道列车减阻板设置在转向架的前端和后端,高速气流经过轨道列车减阻板时,气流流动受到一定阻碍降低气流的流速,可避免高速气流大面积冲击转向架;低速气流通过减阻板上的通孔后,可以提高底部气流的均匀度,抑制紊乱涡流的产生,减小转向架以及舱内涡流结构带来的负面影响,实现减阻,提高轨道列车的性能。
