The invention discloses a control method of a maglev train, and relates to the technical field of train control, and the control method comprises the following steps: creating track calibration information; the track calibration information comprises a track seam number, a position coordinate corresponding to the track seam number and a gap value; positioning real-time coordinates of the maglev train; when the position coordinates consistent with the real-time coordinates of the maglev train exist in the track calibration information, identifying the track seam numbers corresponding to the position coordinates; and performing parameter adjustment by taking the gap value corresponding to the rail gap number as a rated gap value. According to the method, stable suspension of the maglev train can be effectively maintained, and comfort and safety of the maglev train are guaranteed. The invention further discloses a control device and equipment of the maglev train and a computer readable storage medium which all have the technical effects.
