The embodiment of the invention provides a pantograph and a train. The pantograph comprises a sliding plate, a first arm rod, a second arm rod and a flow guide cover which are sequentially connected. The second arm rod is provided with a windward side and two leeward sides, the windward side and the two leeward sides form a triangular prism shape, the middle of the windward side protrudes and is gradually bent from the middle to the two sides to guide air to the leeward sides on the two sides, the leeward sides are provided with a plurality of flow guide strips, and the flow guide strips are arranged in parallel at intervals to form a wave shape. A gap between every two adjacent flow guide strips leads to the joint of the two leeward sides from the windward side; the air guide cover guides air to the windward side and the leeward side of the second arm rod; by optimizing the shape of the second arm lever and arranging the air guide cover, air resistance and dipole noise in the train running process can be reduced.
