The device is provided with a central controller, a clamping mechanism, a hydraulic rod, an infrared distance measuring sensor and an adjusting mechanism, the distance between the two connecting blocks is measured through the infrared distance measuring sensor during braking, and when the distance between the two connecting blocks is smaller than a set maximum difference value, the central controller controls the adjusting mechanism to act, so that the distance between the two connecting blocks is adjusted. Therefore, the distance between the two connecting blocks is adjusted, abrasion of the brake pad is compensated in time, and the brake pad is made to be within a normal braking range.
