The invention relates to a modular height range gearbox accessory. Various disclosed embodiments include exemplary systems, vehicles, and methods. In an exemplary embodiment, a system includes a sensor configured to generate route information, and a control unit. The control unit includes a processor in signal communication with the sensor and a memory configured to store computer executable instructions. The computer executable instructions are configured to cause the processor to receive the generated route information, generate a wheel signal in response to the received route information indicating a change in a wheel engagement state, and output the wheel signal to the disconnect.
