The invention discloses a water-cooling DC plug terminal with better cooling and sealing performance and a charging gun. According to the technical scheme, the DC plug terminal comprises a DC plug terminal body, an electric contact part is arranged at the front end of the DC plug terminal body, a wiring part is arranged at the rear end of the DC plug terminal body, and an insulation heat dissipation piece is arranged between the electric contact part and the wiring part of the DC plug terminal body. The insulating heat dissipation piece comprises an insulating heat exchange layer arranged on the DC plug terminal body in a rubber coating mode and a group of heat dissipation fins integrally formed on the insulating heat exchange layer, a first annular sealing groove is formed in the front end of the insulating heat exchange layer, and a mounting flange is integrally formed at the rear end of the insulating heat exchange layer; the rear end of the electric contact part of the DC plug terminal body is provided with a second annular sealing groove.

    本发明公开一种降温及密封性能更好的可水冷DC插头端子以及充电枪。采用的技术方案包括:DC插头端子本体,所述DC插头端子本体的前端为电接触部、后端为接线部,所述DC插头端子本体对应其电接触部和接线部之间设有绝缘散热件,所述绝缘散热件包括通过包胶方式设置所述DC插头端子本体上的绝缘换热层以及一组一体成型于所述绝缘换热层上的散热片,所述绝缘换热层前端设有第一环形密封槽、后端一体成型有安装法兰,所述DC插头端子本体的电接触部后端设有第二环形密封槽。
