The acceleration is integrated to obtain a vertical speed time history, then the absolute maximum value of the vertical speed time history is taken as the actually-measured falling speed, whether the required filtering frequency is obtained is judged by judging whether the relative error between the actually-measured falling speed and the grounding sinking speed is larger than 2%, and if yes, the filtering frequency is not the required filtering frequency. If yes, the vertical acceleration time history at the concerned part is extracted, the overload size of the concerned part can be obtained after low-pass filtering, input is provided for design of a shipboard aircraft structure and airborne equipment, the method is simple and stable, and the influence of a high-order elastic mode and a high-frequency interference signal can be effectively removed.
