The invention discloses an intelligent safety management system and management method for capital construction site operating personnel. The intelligent safety management system comprises a parking platform, a bearing frame, an unmanned aerial vehicle, an intelligent recognition device, a DTU wireless communication module, an intelligent controller, a wireless communication receiving module and a displayer. The wireless communication receiving module is used for receiving pictures collected by the unmanned aerial vehicle, the intelligent recognition device is used for comparing the pictures collected by the unmanned aerial vehicle with pre-stored pictures, the display displays a comparison result, and the intelligent controller is used for sending an instruction to an operator through the DTU wireless communication module according to the comparison result. The unmanned aerial vehicle camera obtains a working image of a field operator, the working image is transmitted to the intelligent recognition device through the wireless communication module, whether the image shot by the unmanned aerial vehicle camera is different from a set image or not is judged, and if the image is different from the set image, unsafe operation is regarded, and the intelligent recognition device sends a signal to the intelligent controller. And the intelligent controller informs a manager through the DTU wireless communication module, so that the safety management work is efficiently, accurately and comprehensively completed.

    基建现场作业人员智能安全管理系统及管理方法,包括停机平台、承载架、无人机、智能识别装置、DTU无线通信模块、智能控制器、无线通讯接收模块和显示器;无线通讯接收模块用于接收无人机采集图片,智能识别装置用于进行无人机采集的图片和预存储的图片的对比,显示器显示对比结果,智能控制器用于根据对比结果通过DTU无线通信模块向作业人员发送指令。无人机摄像头获取现场作业人员的工作图像,通过无线通讯模块传递给智能识别装置,判别无人机摄像头拍摄的图像与设定的图像是否有区别,有区别视为不安全操作,智能识别装置向智能控制器发送信号,智能控制器通过DTU无线通信模块通知管理人员,从而高效,准确,全方位的完成安全管理工作。
