The invention discloses a fuel cell integrated control system and method. The system comprises a DC/DC controller power module, an air compressor controller power module and a control system main control module, the DC/DC controller power module comprises a voltage transformation circuit, a power grid interface and a fuel cell interface. The voltage transformation circuit comprises an inductor, a first switch and a first switching tube. The air compressor controller power module comprises an air compressor control circuit and a power battery interface, when the voltage transformation circuit is connected with the power grid interface and the first switch is switched to be connected with the air compressor control circuit, an inductor in the voltage transformation circuit and the air compressor control circuit form a PFC circuit, the power battery interface is connected, and the power battery interface is connected with the power grid interface. Therefore, the fuel cell integrated control system can charge the power cell. According to the system, the power battery can be charged in the fuel cell control system on the premise of not additionally adding a PFC circuit module, and the problem that the cost, the size, the weight and other burdens of the fuel cell control system are too high can be effectively solved.

    本申请公开了一种燃料电池集成控制系统和方法。该系统包括DC/DC控制器功率模块、空压机控制器功率模块和控制系统主控模块;DC/DC控制器功率模块包括变压电路、电网接口和燃料电池接口,变压电路包括电感、第一开关和第一开关管;空压机控制器功率模块包括空压机控制电路和动力电池接口,当变压电路接通电网接口,且第一开关切换接通到空压机控制电路时,变压电路中的电感和空压机控制电路形成PFC电路,动力电池接口接通,使得燃料电池集成控制系统能够对动力电池进行充电。该系统能够在不额外添加PFC电路模块的前提下,在燃料电池控制系统中实现动力电池充电,能够有效降低燃料电池控制系统成本、体积及重量等负担过高的问题。
