The invention belongs to the technical field of extended-range electric vehicles, and particularly relates to a method for calculating endurance mileage of an extended-range electric vehicle, which comprises the following steps of: S1, acquiring the current residual electric quantity of the vehicle in real time; s2, matching pre-collected cyclic working condition information according to the vehicle related information, and constructing a power model; s3, judging a driving mode of the vehicle according to the current residual electric quantity of the vehicle; s31, the current residual electric quantity gt of the vehicle; when the electric quantity is a threshold value, a pure electric driving mode is adopted; s32, when the current remaining electric quantity of the vehicle is smaller than or equal to the electric quantity threshold value, a range extending driving mode is adopted; s4, calculating average power consumption per hundred kilometers according to the power model; and S5, calculating the comprehensive endurance mileage according to the current remaining electric quantity and the average power consumption per hundred kilometers of the vehicle.
