The invention discloses a liftable suspension system, an inflation and deflation method thereof and an automobile, and relates to the field of automobile suspension systems. The spiral spring is arranged on the upper side of the spring base; the liftable assembly is arranged on the shock absorber cylinder, and the upper end of the liftable assembly is in contact with the lower side of the spring base; the suspension system is simple in structure, stable and reliable, the price of the system is only about 20% of that of an electric control air suspension system, the control logic is switch control, and development cost does not need to be matched.
