The ATC heartbeat read in the current period is different from the called ATC heartbeat cache variable, the ATC heartbeat read in the last period is different from the called ATC heartbeat cache variable, and when the conditions are met, the TCMS system internal clock and the ATC time are controlled to be synchronized. The method solves the problem that the TCMS time is synchronized to the ATC time at the moment before the gateway is powered off due to the fact that the TCMS misjudges that the heartbeat of the ATC is changed when the gateway equipment is powered on again in the state that the heartbeat of the ATC is stopped. The method has high universality, and reliability and stability of TCMS system clock control are improved.
