When the liquid cooling pipe is cooled, the heat sensing pipe close to the high-temperature position protrudes to narrow the liquid cooling pipe, ice particles are clamped at the high-temperature position when flowing in the liquid cooling pipe, targeted heat dissipation can be conducted on the high-temperature area, and compared with a traditional liquid cooling mode, the cooling effect of the high-temperature area is improved.

    本申请公开了应用于热交换领域一种新能源汽车的热交换系统,该热交换系统通过感热管等装置的设置,水泵启动时可使水箱内的水在散热带内循环流通,将电池组产生的热量带走对其起到散热的作用,水的循环方向为水箱、制冷箱、散热带、截留管、水泵、水箱,驱动机带动壳体转动时,可将流通的水通过储水槽带入制冷槽内并冷冻成冰粒,转轮持续转动时即可不断的将冰粒带入流通的水内,若电池组的部分位置产生过高的温度,则靠近高温位置的感热管会凸起使液冷管变窄,则冰粒在液冷管的内部流通时便会卡在温度较高的位置,就可对高温区域进行针对性的散热,与传统的液冷方式相比,增加了高温区域的冷却效果。
