The invention relates to the technical field of aircraft skin hole guiding, in particular to an aircraft skin hole guiding device suitable for a narrow space and a using method thereof, and the hole guiding device comprises a positioning module, a self-sensing module and a control module; the positioning module comprises a magnet and a supporting rod; the self-sensing module comprises a circuit board and a plurality of magnetic sensors; a first through hole is formed in the middle of the circuit board; the distance from the magnetic sensor to the center of the first through hole is equal; the control module comprises a power supply, a processor and numerical value display screens, the processor performs A/D conversion on analog signals output by the magnetic sensors respectively, performs corresponding data processing and data operation, and finally displays numerical values on the corresponding numerical value display screens respectively; a second through hole is also formed in the processor; the first through hole and the second through hole are matched with each other and used for placing a calibration pen. By means of the hole guiding device and the using method thereof, the problems that the hole guiding position is difficult to calibrate, positioning is prone to deviation, and accurate and rapid hole guiding cannot be conducted on a narrow and closed area in the working space can be effectively solved.

    本发明涉及飞机蒙皮引孔技术领域,特别是涉及一种适用于狭小空间的飞机蒙皮引孔装置及其使用方法,引孔装置包括定位模块、自感知模块及控制模块;定位模块包括磁铁和支杆;自感知模块包括电路板和若干磁传感器;电路板的中部设有第一通孔,磁传感器到第一通孔中心位置等距;控制模块包括电源、处理器和数值显示屏,处理器将磁传感器分别输出的模拟信号进行A/D转换,并进行相应的数据处理及数据运算,最后将数值分别显示在对应的数值显示屏上;处理器上还设有第二通孔;第一通孔和第二通孔相互配合,用于放入标定笔。通过本引孔装置及其使用方法,能有效解决引孔位置难标定、定位易偏差和无法对作业空间狭小、封闭区域进行准确快速引孔的问题。
