A tower type multi-stage linkage electric lifting device aims at solving the problems that hydraulic lifting is low in system efficiency, large in energy loss, low in running speed, low in positioning precision and poor in hydraulic system environment applicability, and is composed of five liftable structures, a servo motor is fixed to the input end of a speed reducer, the speed reducer is installed on a first-stage transmission box body, and a second-stage transmission box body is installed on a second-stage transmission box body. The reducer output shaft is connected with the driving gear; the transmission hexagonal tubes are sleeved end to end and penetrate through each stage of transmission box body, and a transmission gear is arranged at one end of each transmission hexagonal tube; a multi-stage transmission gear set is arranged in each stage of transmission box body, ball nuts are respectively arranged on two sides of each stage of transmission box body, and a transmission gear is respectively arranged on one side of each stage of transmission box body; the ball screws and the ball nuts are supported and installed in the transmission box bodies of all stages through bearings, the connecting base can be installed on a lifted material, tower type layered arrangement is adopted, the structure is simple, the cost performance is high, the response is fast, and the precision is high; a pressure-free sealing structure is adopted, so that use and maintenance are convenient and fast.

    一种塔架式多级联动电动举升装置,对于液压举升存在系统效率低、能量损耗大,运行速度慢、定位精度低,液压系统环境适用性差的问题,本发明由五部分可升降结构组成,伺服电机固定于减速器的输入端,减速器安装在一级传动箱体上,减速器输出轴连接主动齿轮;所述传动六方管首尾相套贯穿于每级传动箱体,在其一端都设置有传动齿轮;每级传动箱体内设置有多级传动齿轮组,滚珠螺母分别置于每级传动箱体的两侧,在其一侧分别设置传动齿轮;滚珠丝杠、滚珠螺母通过轴承支撑安装于每级传动箱体中,所述连接底座可安装在被举升物料上,本发明采用塔架式分层布置,结构简单、性价比高、响应快、精度高;无压力密封结构,使用维护方便、快捷。
