According to the control method for rope arrangement of the winch, the winch is adopted, and the winch comprises a winch body, a displayer, a controller, a rope pressing device mechanical part, a pressure detection device and a hydraulic system; the rope pressing device mechanical part comprises a pressing roller, a pressing roller center shaft and a pressing roller rotating connection side plate, one end of the pressing roller rotating connection side plate is hinged to the winch frame, the other end of the pressing roller rotating connection side plate is connected with the pressing roller center shaft, the pressing roller center shaft is parallel to the axis of the winch barrel, and the pressing roller center shaft is sleeved with the pressing roller; the hydraulic system comprises a hydraulic oil cylinder, the cylinder body end is hinged to the winch frame, and the piston rod end is hinged to the middle of the compression roller rotating connection side plate; the pressure detection device is arranged on a hydraulic oil cylinder loop; the winch motor, the display, the pressure detection device and the hydraulic system are all connected with the controller; during working, the controller sends a signal to the hydraulic system, the hydraulic oil cylinder retracts to enable the mechanical part of the rope pressing device to continuously apply pressure to the steel wire rope, and the pressure detection device calibrates the pressure and feeds back the pressure to the controller.

    一种用于卷扬机排绳的控制方法,采用了一种卷扬机,卷扬机包括卷扬机主体、显示器、控制器、压绳器机械部分、压力检测装置和液压系统;压绳器机械部分包括压辊、压辊中心轴、压辊旋转连接侧板,压辊旋转连接侧板的一端与卷扬机架铰接,另一端连接有压辊中心轴,压辊中心轴与卷扬筒的轴心线平行,压辊套设在压辊中心轴上;液压系统包括液压油缸,缸体端与卷扬机架铰接,活塞杆端与压辊旋转连接侧板的中部铰接;压力检测装置设在液压油缸回路上;卷扬马达、显示器、压力检测装置和液压系统均与控制器相连;工作时,控制器发信号给液压系统,液压油缸回缩使压绳器机械部分持续给钢丝绳压力,通过压力检测装置标定压力反馈给控制器。
