The invention discloses a special lengthening and hoisting tool for integral induction heating of a large forged steel supporting roller. The special lengthening and hoisting tool is formed by assembling a lower half part and an upper half part, the extension hoisting tool is provided with a through hole; the roller neck connecting end of the lengthening hoisting tool is provided with a two-gear groove structure; four through round holes are formed in the lengthening hoisting tool, and round holes are further formed in the two ends of each through round hole; a boss is arranged on the inner surface of the lower half part of the extension hoisting tool, a concave part is arranged on the inner surface of the upper half part of the extension hoisting tool, and the concave part is matched with the boss; and two positioning cylinders are fixedly mounted at the lower half part of the lengthening hoisting tool. The lengthening hoisting tool is fixed on the roll neck at the upper end of the large forged steel supporting roll, and the special clamping embracing wall is clamped at the position of the lengthening hoisting tool during overall induction heating, so that the overall induction heating requirement that the length L from the middle of a roll body of the large forged steel supporting roll to the end face of the roll neck at the outermost end of the hoisting end is larger than or equal to 2200 mm is met.

    本发明公开了一种大型锻钢支承辊整体感应加热专用接长吊装工装,它是由下半部和上半部组装而成;所述接长吊装工装具有一通孔;所述接长吊装工装的辊颈连接端具有两档凹槽结构;所述接长吊装工装上加工有四个贯穿圆孔,每个贯穿圆孔的两端还加工有圆孔;所述接长吊装工装的下半部的内表面设有凸台,所述接长吊装工装的上半部的内表面设有凹部,所述凹部与所述凸台相适应;所述接长吊装工装的下半部固定安装有两个定位圆柱体。本发明的接长吊装工装固定在大型锻钢支承辊上端辊颈上,而整体感应加热时,专用夹持抱壁夹持在接长吊装工装位置,从而保证整体感应加热要求大型锻钢支承辊辊身中部至吊端最外端辊颈端面长度尺寸L≥2200mm。
