The invention relates to an anti-lock braking system (ABS) control system of an elevator brake. The anti-lock braking system has an emergency braking function and a manual brake releasing function. When the elevator needs emergency braking under special conditions, the braking force of the elevator brake can be changed by starting the anti-lock braking (ABS) mode, so that the braking distance is prolonged, the deceleration is reduced, reliable dynamic braking is achieved, the elevator car can be prevented from being out of control or suddenly stopped, and the safety of the elevator is improved. The danger caused by emergency braking of the elevator under special conditions is greatly reduced, and the safety of elevator passengers is guaranteed; secondly, when a power grid is powered down or an elevator breaks down, abnormal shutdown occurs, and manual brake release is needed, a safe and reliable brake release measure can be provided, unsafe factors caused by the problems of corrosion or resistance increase and the like of a traditional manual remote brake release mechanism are eliminated, the safety of elevator control work is improved, and the service life of the elevator is prolonged. And the method has remarkable technical and practical advantages.

    本发明涉及一种电梯制动器的防抱死(ABS)控制系统,其中包括有紧急制动和手动松闸两种功能。本发明在当电梯出现特殊情况需要紧急制动时,通过启动防抱死(ABS)制动模式可以改变电梯制动器的制动力,以便延长制动距离,降低减速度,实现可靠的动态制停,从而可以防止电梯轿厢失控或者骤停,大大降低了电梯在特殊情况下执行紧急制动而产生的危险,保证乘梯人员的安全;其次当遇到电网掉电或电梯发生故障出现非正常停机而需要手动松闸时,能够提供一种安全可靠的松闸措施,排除了传统的手动远程松闸机构因锈蚀或阻力增大等问题带来的不安全因素,提高了电梯控制工作的安全性,具有显著的技术性和实用性优势。
