The upper end of the stress hook is hinged in a swinging mode, the lower portion of the stress hook is used for hooking a cable descending rope, the upper end of the limiting hook is hinged in a swinging mode, the lower portion of the limiting hook is used for limiting the bottom of the stress hook, the actuator is provided with a locking pin, the limiting hook is provided with a locking hole matched with the locking pin, and the actuator is electrically controlled by a throwing control piece in a helicopter cockpit. At the beginning, the locking pin is located in the locking hole, the limiting hook is locked, the lower portion of the limiting hook limits the bottom of the stress hook, the cable descending rope hook is hung on the stress hook and is limited by the stress hook and the limiting hook, and when the control piece is thrown to retract into the locking pin, the limiting hook is unlocked, the stress hook is pressed downwards to extrude the limiting hook, and the cable descending rope slides off.
