The invention discloses a battery swap station and a standby power control system and method thereof, and the system comprises a bidirectional charging and discharging module corresponding to a first battery swap storage location, a first charging controller, and a first battery manager. The charging modules, the second charging controllers and the second battery managers are arranged corresponding to the second battery replacement storage locations, and at least one of the second battery replacement storage locations is further provided with a standby power controller; and the energy manager controls the first charging controller and the second charging controller to be powered off and the standby power controller to be powered on if determining that the battery pack in the first battery replacement storage location does not meet the discharging condition. Therefore, the standby power controller controls the battery pack in the corresponding second battery changing storage location to supply power to the key load in the battery changing station through the bidirectional charging and discharging module. According to the system, on the basis that a charging module of only one storage location is replaced by a bidirectional charging and discharging module, the function of multi-storage-location discharging is achieved, the operation stability of a key load is guaranteed, and existing resources are fully utilized.
本发明公开了一种换电站及其备电控制系统、备电控制方法,其中,系统包括:对应第一换电库位设置的双向充放电模块、第一充电控制器和第一电池管理器;对应每个第二换电库位设置的充电模块、第二充电控制器和第二电池管理器,第二换电库位中的至少一个还设有备电控制器;能源管理器,如果确定第一换电库位中的电池包未满足放电条件,则控制第一充电控制器和第二充电控制器下电、以及备电控制器上电,以便备电控制器控制相应的第二换电库位中的电池包通过双向充放电模块给换电站中的关键负载供电。该系统在仅将一个库位的充电模块更换为双向充放电模块的基础上,实现了多库位放电的功能,既保证了关键负载的运行稳定性,又充分利用了现有资源。
