The system comprises a plurality of camera modules arranged on a road side and used for collecting road condition pictures and sending the road condition pictures to an edge computing node; the edge computing node is used for carrying out dangerous condition identification on the target vehicle in the road condition picture according to a preset dangerous condition identification algorithm to obtain dangerous condition information of the current target vehicle and sending the dangerous condition information to a preset vehicle-mounted terminal installed on the target vehicle; and the vehicle-mounted terminal is used for providing the dangerous condition information to a driver. According to the method, the time delay of data transmission is effectively reduced, and the road dangerous state sensing efficiency is improved.
