According to the underwater detection device based on the multi-beam sonar and the offshore ad hoc network buoy, the rotating shaft can be driven to rotate through the motor, the rotating shaft drives the winding drum to rotate through the connecting rod, and the winding drum drives the balancing weight to move up and down through the balance weight line, so that after the offshore buoy is thrown to the sea surface, the offshore buoy can move up and down.
