When a winch system enters a cable laying mode, bus voltage measured in real time is compared with a set bus voltage threshold value in real time, when the bus voltage value is smaller than the bus voltage threshold value by delta, the duty ratio of a brake resistor switch tube is set to be 0, namely, the brake resistor does not work completely, and when the bus voltage value is larger than the bus voltage threshold value by delta, the duty ratio of the brake resistor switch tube is set to be 0, namely, the brake resistor does not work completely. At the moment, the duty ratio of the brake resistor switch tube is set to be 1, that is, the brake resistor is always in a working mode, and when the bus voltage is within the range of +/-delta of the bus voltage threshold value, the duty ratio of the brake resistor switch tube is controlled to be set according to a preset rule. Through the control of the brake resistor and the backflow prevention of the diode, the power supply voltage of the motor can be stably controlled to a preset interval higher than the voltage of the power supply input end when the winch pays off the cable, and the cable laying time can be shorter than that in the prior art under the condition of the same power supply.

    本发明公开了一种电动绞车快速放缆控制方法及系统,属于电动绞车领域。当绞车系统进入放缆模式,将实时测量的母线电压与设定的母线电压阈值实时进行比较,当母线电压值小于母线电压阈值一个Δ时,此时制动电阻开关管占空比给定为0,即制动电阻完全不工作,当母线电压值大于母线电压阈值一个Δ时,此时制动电阻开关管占空比给定为1,即制动电阻一直处于工作模式,当母线电压在母线电压阈值±Δ范围内时,制动电阻开关管的占空比控制按照预设规律进行给定。通过制动电阻的控制和二极管防倒流,使得绞车放缆时电机的供电电压可以稳定地被控制到高于电源输入端电压的预设区间,能够实现相同供电电源情况下比现有技术更短的放缆时间。
