The invention discloses an elevator power failure automatic leveling control method which is divided into a starting stage control method, a constant speed stage control method and a braking stage control method, and the starting stage control method comprises the following steps that firstly, the running direction of an elevator car is judged; 2, a band-type brake is directly released, the elevator runs in the direction selected in the step 1, and torque output is limited through a frequency converter in the running process till the set uniform speed is reached; if the band-type brake is in a balanced state after being released, the recently stoppable step is selected for operation; the constant-speed stage control method specifically comprises the following steps: selecting constant-speed operation; the braking stage control method adopts normal deceleration leveling or direct band-type brake braking. According to the method, the output torque in the emergency starting stage is limited, normal starting compensation is cancelled, and meanwhile deceleration or direct braking is optimized in the braking stage; therefore, the requirement for the power of the emergency device during emergency operation of the elevator is minimum.

    本发明公开的一种电梯停电自动平层控制方法,分为启动阶段控制方法、匀速阶段控制方法和制动阶段控制方法,其中:启动阶段控制方法包括如下步骤:步骤一:对轿厢的运行方向进行判断;步骤二:直接释放抱闸,电梯安装步骤一所选定的方向运行,运行过程中通过变频器限制转矩输出,直至达到设定的匀速度;若释放抱闸后处于平衡态,则选择最近可停止阶运行;匀速阶段控制方法具体是选择定速运行;制动阶段控制方法是采用正常减速平层或者直接抱闸刹停。发明针对应急启动阶段的输出转矩进行限制,取消正常的启动补偿,同时针对制动阶段优化减速度或者直接刹停;以达到电梯应急运转时对应急装置功率需求最小。
