The invention belongs to the technical field of aircraft assembly, and discloses a ground detection device for a connecting lock of an aircraft canopy. Comprising a workbench, a canopy connecting lock intersection point, a connecting lock pin shaft fixer, a gap control block, a gap control block advancing mechanism, a canopy connecting lock positioning assembly, an electric/manual canopy opening actuating cylinder and the like. The canopy connecting lock intersection point and the connecting lock pin shaft fixer are respectively fixed on the working table in a screw joint manner, and a metal sleeve is embedded in the aperture of the canopy connecting lock intersection point and is connected with the connecting lock pin shaft fixer through a pin shaft. A supporting rod is arranged in the electric/manual canopy opening actuating cylinder, scales are arranged on the supporting rod, and the electric/manual canopy opening actuating cylinder is installed on the workbench support in a threaded connection mode and connected with the actuating cylinder manual opening rocker arm in a threaded connection mode. The gap control block is a metal block with a sensor and is provided with a positioning pin, and a lead screw and a crank are installed on the left and right of the gap control block advancing control mechanism. The device is used for detecting the opening and closing performance of the aircraft canopy, and is simple in structure and high in practicability.

    本发明属于飞机装配技术领域,公开了一种飞机座舱盖联接锁地面检测装置;包括工作台、座舱盖联接锁交点、联接锁销轴固定器、间隙控制块、间隙控制块前进机构、座舱盖联接锁定位组件、电动/手动座舱盖开启作动筒等。座舱盖联接锁交点和联接锁销轴固定器分别以螺接方式固定到工作台上,座舱盖联接锁交点孔径内镶嵌金属套,与联接锁销轴固定器销轴连接。电动/手动座舱盖开启作动筒内设有支杆,其上有刻度,使用螺接方式安装在工作台支架上,与作动筒手动开启摇臂以螺接方式连接;间隙控制块为带传感器的金属块,设有定位销,丝杠和摇把安装在控制间隙控制块前进机构左右。本发明用于检测飞机座舱盖开启关闭性能,结构简单,实用性高。
