The invention discloses a thrust direction variable power device which comprises a fan, a shell and an adjusting mechanism, an air inlet duct, a first air outlet duct and a second air outlet duct are arranged in the shell, the fan is arranged in the air inlet duct, and the adjusting mechanism is located at the intersection of the air inlet duct, the first air outlet duct and the second air outlet duct. The adjusting mechanism is movably connected to the shell and provided with a guiding air channel, the guiding air channel enables the air inlet channel to communicate with the first air outlet channel and/or the second air outlet channel after the adjusting mechanism moves relative to the shell, and airflow provided by the fan at the position of the air inlet channel can be exhausted to the outside through the first air outlet channel and/or the second air outlet channel. Therefore, the thrust direction is changed, and the thrust direction requirements of the aircraft in different flight states are met.
