    根据嵌芯环原有外形,将嵌芯环尾部设计成夹子,夹子一瓣是与嵌芯环本体1连成一体的,另一瓣形成一个压片2,由沉头螺栓3旋入本体上螺孔4,将压片2固定在嵌芯环本体1上。嵌芯环受力点后面两边槽的中心线,是根据琵琶头钢丝绳受力时受力点两端a点、b点分别至受力集合点d所形成钢丝绳中心线L1、L2、保持相同,即嵌心环中心线L与钢丝绳中心线L1、L2的夹角R1、R2是依照安装嵌心环后还能保持当钢丝缆琵琶头受力时,受力点两端a点、b点分别至受力集合点d的两边钢丝绳受力时两边钢丝绳中心线成一直线的状态标准设置。
