The anti-vibration device comprises a first mounting plate, a second mounting plate and a connecting rod mechanism. One end of the connecting rod mechanism is arranged on one side wall of the first mounting plate and rotates relative to one side wall of the first mounting plate, the other end of the connecting rod mechanism is rotationally connected with one side wall of the second mounting plate, the first mounting plate is used for being mounted on an automobile body, and the second mounting plate is used for being mounted on a center console beam of an automobile. The connecting rod mechanism can be switched between a stretched state and a contracted state, and when the connecting rod mechanism is switched from the stretched state to the contracted state, the second mounting plate moves towards the direction close to the first mounting plate in the height direction of the anti-vibration device relative to the first mounting plate; and when the connecting rod mechanism is switched from the contraction state to the stretching state, the second mounting plate moves in the direction far away from the first mounting plate in the height direction of the anti-vibration device relative to the first mounting plate. Therefore, the anti-vibration device has the advantage of good anti-vibration performance.
