The invention relates to a method and system for automatically generating interlocking test tables, and belongs to the technical field of interlocking test table generation, and the method comprises the steps: firstly obtaining all basic interlocking test tables used when a railway station section carries out an interlocking test and signal plane graph information of a target station; matching the signal plane graph information of the target station with all basic interlocking test tables, and screening to obtain an interlocking test table required by the target station; then, according to entries in an interlocking test table required by the target station, retrieving the signal planar graph information and contents in the interlocking table; and if the content is not retrieved, marking the corresponding item as an item which does not need to be tested. The interlocking test table is automatically generated, and manpower is saved; all basic interlocking test tables are obtained and matched and screened with the signal plane graph information of the target station, so that the problems of incomplete test project writing, writing errors and the like are effectively avoided.
