The invention relates to a double-fuel-tank fuel switching device, a vehicle and a control method.The double-fuel-tank fuel switching device comprises a main fuel tank, the main fuel tank is provided with a first fuel quantity sensor, the first fuel quantity sensor is provided with a fuel switching valve, and the fuel switching valve is connected with an engine fuel inlet pipe and an engine fuel return pipe; the fuel oil switching valve is further provided with an external electrical interface used for being connected with a vehicle bus. The auxiliary fuel tank is provided with a second fuel quantity sensor, an auxiliary fuel tank oil inlet pipe and an auxiliary fuel tank oil return pipe are connected between the second fuel quantity sensor and the fuel switching valve, and a fuel quantity connecting wire is further electrically connected between the second fuel quantity sensor and the fuel switching valve. Due to the fact that the fuel switching valve is arranged on the first fuel quantity sensor, the fuel switching valve and the main fuel tank do not need to be connected through an oil pipe, the number of oil pipes and the number of connectors can be reduced, cost is reduced, fuel leakage points are reduced, and the structure of the double-fuel-tank fuel switching device is simpler.

    本发明涉及一种双油箱燃油切换装置、车辆及控制方法,其包括:主油箱,所述主油箱设置有第一油量传感器,且所述第一油量传感器上安装有燃油切换阀,所述燃油切换阀连接发动机进油管和发动机回油管,且所述燃油切换阀还设有用于连接车辆总线的外部电气接口;副油箱,所述副油箱设置有第二油量传感器,所述第二油量传感器与所述燃油切换阀之间连接有副油箱进油管和副油箱回油管,且所述第二油量传感器与所述燃油切换阀之间还电连接有油量连接线。由于将燃油切换阀设置在第一油量传感器上,燃油切换阀与主油箱之间无需设置油管进行连接,能够减少油管数量以及接口的数量,进而降低成本,减少燃油泄漏点,且双油箱燃油切换装置的结构更加简单。
